The role starts of as an Inside Sales position with a clear path for career progression - which includes a rapidly growing base salary and the opportunity to earn some brilliant commission. You will quickly gain industry knowledge and the ability to sell a complex software solution just as these skills become further in demand. You will be interested in both Sales and Software Solutions and have a money-motivated mind. Ideally you will have some experienced with an Outbound Telephone Sales role. As the commission structure is entirely uncapped, you are in direct control of you commission opportunities.
