What is a sense of urgency?

Have you ever been in a rush, or had loads to do and you manage to get it all done?  You would have just raced through everything and completed tasks without hanging about.

Sales also needs that Sense of Urgency (SOU), the reason is it helps create enthusiasm and a natural fear of loss to customers.  If you hang around just chatting to customer it shows that you are not in a rush and difficult to create a buzz.  Also have a SOU allows you to seem more customers in a day.
