Hitting your big goals
This is a good meeting about breaking long term goals into smaller bite size goals.
Draw a target on a white board or stick a piece of paper up on the wall. Then make a paper airplane, and get someone to stand 20 feet away from the target and ask them to throw it and see if they can hit the target. Normally they will miss it, ask them to take another step forward and shoot again, normally they will miss it again. After each attempt to hit the target the person takes another step closer until they are close enough to hit the target.
The point of the meeting is you have to make sure you have smaller goals ( a step forward ) to hit the bigger ones but eventually you will get there with peserverence. So don't be disheartened if you don't hit your goal the first time.
Another good example is hitting a boulder with a sledge hammer, at first you may just break chips off but eventually you will crack it. So often you need to just keep going even if you don't see any changes, it will happen eventually.
