Regional Sales Manager required in London. Basic + commission £70,000 OTE Our client is currently recruiting for a driven and experienced regional sales manager to lead their London field sales team. The ideal person will have at least 12 months previous experience working within a sales team leader role. As a regional sales manager overseeing door-to-door sales teams you will be responsible for training and developing our new recruits along with hitting your own sales targets. Experience / skills required as a regional sales manager: Previous experience in a face to face sales role e.g. Field Sales, Venue Sales, Door to Door Sales, Door to Door Canvassing or Direct Sales Must have proven record of Team Leadership in a sales environment Experience of working within a target-driven sales environment Strong verbal communication and listening skills Self-Driven, Energetic, Hard Working, Target Orientated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of consumers Positive "can do" attitude References required Please be aware that previous face-to-face sales and Team Leadership experience is absolutely essential and only applicants with relevant experience will be considered.
