Responsibilities DIGITAL EXPERTISE You'll be responsible implementing the E-commerce strategy within key national grocery accounts. Your previous expertise in E-commerce will help drive innovation and best in class execution. BUSINESS ACUMEN You will have P&L responsibility and develop an E-commerce joint business plan to unlock the commercial potential for JnJ and your customers in this exciting area of growth. You will drive growth through the key pillars in your account: product ranging, online merchandising, promotions and media buying. RELATIONSHIP BUILDER Developing an industry leading relationship with your customer is a must. Your customer negotiation skills must be well honed and you should have a good commercial understanding of digital and E-commerce. Building relationships within JnJ will be critical to your success; championing E-commerce through the business and across marketing, shopper, customer and regulatory. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE You should have a basic knowledge of front and back websites to enable you to talk at a technical level with the account's .com team. Your existing understanding of media metrics, sales KPI's and promo analysis is a must in this role. PROJECT MANAGEMENT You must be comfortable working with detailed plans and adding a dynamic and creative edge through your planning process. Experience Ecommerce experience essential You will have started your career as an account management/buyer and will have already moved into E-commerce You will have an excellent understanding of the retail and FMCG markets. You will have a deep understanding of online trading, site merchandising, content and product and be able to demonstrate the ability to drive sales and on site conversion. You will be commercially focussed, analytically strong and have exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills. A confident presenter & able to communicate complex online subjects with both internal teams and external retail partners.
