Telesales Executive/IT Services - COLD CALLING A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive to join well established blue chip organisation based at their prestigious offices in Bracknell. As a Telesales Executive you will be: 1. Driven, keen to be part of a team delivering a new service within a well established IT organisation. 2. Happy to spend time cold calling and generating warm leads from cold. 3. Well organised and good with MS Office 4. Good, confident voice - the potential clients will only hear that, so it's important. 5. Some tech knowledge would be a great asset, although full training in the suite of services will be given. Daily duties can include: * Making outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services * Taking incoming customer calls, processes sales, and accepts payment for products and services * Answering questions about product specifications and pricing * Up selling customers to more extensive packages * Explaining product pricing and negotiating bulk or package pricing * Accurately and efficiently entering customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes * Processing credit card payments and troubleshooting any issues that may arise * Maintaining a list of potential leads and following up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches * Assisting sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers * Contacting customers in response to correspondence or feedback * Monitoring order status to ensure that clients receive orders in a timely manner * Maintaining working knowledge of products and services sold and keeping current on industry developments by reading current news or attending workshops So if you are a Telesales Executive looking for your next exciting challenge please apply now!
