Implementation Manager is required for an immediate start with one of the fastest growing payment start-ups in Europe. Our client is a young, international organisation that has recently completed a potentially industry defining series B round of investment. It is an exciting time to join a company that is growing fast and changing the payment industry’s eco-system. The Implementation Manager is a key position within the organisation. You will engage with all business verticals including Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams to help deliver exceptional customer experiences. With time, this exposure will help you identify and execute improvements on current processes and enable you to become a technical thought leader and go-to person for your Sales and Product colleagues. As a Implementation Manager, you can expect to be: The technical interface between our clients and Payworks Fundamental to the implementation experience by working with our clients to: Manage the overall merchant roll-outs Collect technical requirements for projects Coordinate with the Product team to deliver new features Guide our clients through the implementation of Payworks solutions Enable clients to deploy the joint solution successfully You will be joining the UK team in start-up mode, reporting to our head office in Munich and supporting the local sales team and client base. This includes some of the largest payment providers in the world, giving you fantastic exposure across a great industry and an organisation that is pushing the boundaries of the industry. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR... Minimum 2 years experience as a Implementation Manager, Solution Architect, Technical Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, or similar role in a technology company. Experience in architecting complex customer solutions involving many systems and parties. Advanced programming skills in different languages, quick to grasp new technologies and technological concepts. A result-driven and entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable to present technical solutions to board-level decision makers. University Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or equivalent. Willingness to travel. WHAT THEY OFFER...
